About the Role
We are seeking Causation Litigation Executives and Solicitors to join our industry leading Counter Fraud department based at our Media City, Salford Quays office. What will you be doing?
In this role you will not only be working independently but also as part of a team investigating and defending fraudulent claims arising from motor accidents.
You will be asked to competently deal with a case load of files within our case management system, to include: running your own case load of motor fraud matters, ensuring that clients are confident their legal affairs are dealt with in a professional and competent manner and ensuring the efficient operation of the team.
You will have the opportunity to carry out Advocacy on applications and Case Management Conferences as and when required.
What do I need?
The ideal candidate will have completed a law degree/GDL/LPC, have previous file handling experience or worked in the insurance industry.
However, whilst experience and qualifications are desirable, above all we hire based on potential so, if you want to learn and develop within an exciting and niche area of law, we are able to offer you the training to succeed.
All new starters will receive training to introduce you to the type of work we do and teach you how we handle claims for our clients. Once you have completed the training, you will progress to handling your own caseload.
Whether you are a solicitor, legal executive or non-qualified claims handler with experience of personal injury litigation we would like to hear from you!
You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving is desirable.
